Good Afternoon Musikk Fest Ticket Buyers,
I am sending you an update on refunds, as our insurance claim process has taken much longer than I expected.
As of last Monday, June 17th, our claim was accepted. I am expecting payment in the next couple of weeks. As soon as we receive official payment, the refund process for online ticket purchases can then begin!
Thanks for being patient with us! We're looking forward to next year more than ever, and we hope to have you in attendance at Musikk Fest 2020!
First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your patience! We wanted this concert to happen as much as anyone. We are currently working with our insurance to complete all tasks involved with a lightening cancellation as soon as possible. Once this is done, we can start planning for next year. We are as excited as ever to plan and execute Musikk Fest 2020!
Many of you have given your ticket(s) as a donation(s) to Syttende Mai/Musikk Fest and we thank you very much for that!

Did you buy online?
If you bought your tickets off of our website we will be issuing a refund in the coming weeks. As soon as we have completed the insurance process, you will automatically be refunded. If you have further questions please contact us at email@example.com
Did you buy at Red's or at the gate?
We are currently accepting refunds requests through May 31, 2019. You can come into Red's IGA in Spring Grove for a full refund. You must bring your ticket stub with you at the time of the refund request.
ONLINE TICKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN STORE.
